What the mailbox is for

BOMcheck user account, onboarding and payment queries including:

  • Request a Manufacturer Agreement
  • Request to pay by invoice (other than credit card)
  • Request to update account details
  • Other account and payment related queries

What the mailbox is not for

  1. Premium support which is provided via the Sphera Customer Network portal.
  2. Full product documentation and guidance which is provided through the site you are on.
